Why Did I Decide to Start a Multilingual Blog?
There are 3 reasons.
Because I Love Learning Languages
I can’t speak English, Chinese, or Spanish yet, but I enjoy studying them.
Because I Believe the Number of Foreign Residents in Japan Will Increase in the Future
When I went on a business trip to Tokyo, I was surprised by how many foreign nationals were working in restaurants and convenience stores!
Japan is facing an aging population and a declining birth rate, which will likely lead to a serious labor shortage.
If this trend continues, the number of people coming to Japan for work, like those I saw in Tokyo, will surely increase even more.
Although I am Japanese, I believe it’s important to prepare for the future by developing multilingual communication skills now.
Because I Want to Make Friends Around the World
I want to learn various languages and connect with people from all over the world!
